Industrial Centrifugal Blower for Exhaust & Ventilation

Lesca Tech is a premier manufacturer of Industrial Centrifugal Blowers, providing high-performance air-handling solutions for complex ventilation, exhaust, and process cooling applications. Our blowers are designed for reliability, efficiency, and the ability to handle various air types, including clean air, fumes, and corrosive gases.

Air movement precision

We focus on aerodynamic design and mechanical stability to ensure maximum CFM output with minimal energy input.

Dynamically Balanced Impellers

All our blower impellers are dynamically balanced to ISO standards. This precision eliminates vibration, reduces noise levels, and significantly extends the service life of bearings and motors.

Corrosion-Proof FRP Housing

For chemical and laboratory exhaust, we manufacture blowers with complete FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) housing and impellers, making them immune to acid fumes and aggressive chemicals.

"The centrifugal blowers from Lesca Tech have been running in our chemical exhaust system for two years without a single bearing failure. The FRP construction is truly superior for handling toxic fumes."

Why choose our blowers

Our engineering approach ensures a balance between static pressure capability and volume flow.

Centrifugal Blower FAQs.

Our industrial blowers are designed to handle static pressures ranging from 50mm to 500mm WG. For extremely high-pressure needs, we offer specialized multi-stage centrifugal blowers.

FRP blowers should be chosen whenever the air contains corrosive gases, acids, or high moisture levels that would cause a steel blower to rust or corrode. MS blowers are better suited for non-corrosive, high-temperature, or clean air applications.

Regular maintenance involves checking belt tension, lubricating bearings, and ensuring the impeller is clean. We provide detailed maintenance manuals and optional annual maintenance contracts (AMC).

Backward-curved impellers are best for high efficiency and clean air. Radial blades are ideal for air containing dust or particulate matter as they have self-cleaning properties that prevent buildup.
