Industrial PPH FRP Ducting System

At Lesca Tech, we manufacture custom-engineered PPH and FRP ducting systems designed for corrosive air handling, fume extraction, and industrial ventilation. Our ducting solutions are widely used in chemical plants, laboratories, and pharmaceutical facilities where traditional metallic ducts would fail due to acid or alkaline exposure.

Our ducting fabrication process

We ensure every ducting system is designed for optimal airflow and zero-leakage performance under various static pressures.

Aerodynamic Design & Sizing

Our engineers calculate the required duct size and curvature based on airflow volume (CFM) and static pressure requirements, ensuring low noise levels and minimal pressure drops.

Zero-Leakage Fabrication

Ducts are fabricated using high-grade PPH sheets with precision extrusion welding. For larger spans and outdoor use, we provide FRP reinforcement to ensure structural rigidity and UV protection.

"We replaced our leaking GI ducts with Lesca Tech's PPH ducting in our pickling plant. The corrosion issues have completely disappeared, and the airflow efficiency has improved significantly."

Why choose our ducting solutions

Our non-metallic ducting systems offer a maintenance-free alternative to galvanized iron (GI) or stainless steel in hazardous environments.

Superior Chemical Resistance

Superior Chemical Resistance

PPH liners are inherently resistant to a wide range of corrosive fumes, preventing the premature failure commonly seen in metallic HVAC systems.

  • Resistant to Acid Fumes (HCl, H2SO4)
  • Alkaline Vapor Compatibility
  • Zero Internal Corrosion
Structural Stability

Structural Stability & Light Weight

FRP reinforcement provides the strength needed for high-pressure ventilation while remaining significantly lighter than metallic alternatives.

  • Lightweight (Easy to Support)
  • High Static Pressure Rating
  • Custom Round or Rectangular shapes

HVAC Ducting FAQs.

GI ducts corrode quickly when exposed to moisture and chemical fumes. PPH and FRP are completely corrosion-resistant, eliminating maintenance costs and preventing system leaks over decades of use.

PPH ducts can safely handle air temperatures up to 90°C. For higher temperature requirements, we use specialized resin systems or different thermoplastic liners.

Yes, we design our ducting systems according to SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association) guidelines for non-metallic ducting and DIN standards for thermoplastic fabrication.

We can fabricate both round and rectangular duct configurations with custom elbows, dampers, and transitions to fit your existing plant layout and specialized ventilation needs.
